What Types of Car Wash Services Do You Offer?
Sure Clean offers several wash packages built around different needs.
Our basic wash includes an exterior wash, spot-free rinse, extreme wheel clean, and an undercarriage wash. It’s fast, effective, and perfect for drivers in a hurry.
The ultimate wash levels up the basic by adding triple foam conditioning. This “Conditions” hydrates the paint, allowing it to glow! (Which will they get locked in by waxing or ceramic sealing, with you can get in the Works Wash.
The Works option includes all of the basic and ultimate options and adds a dash wipe, air freshener, and an Armourall Ceramic Seal. Perfect for those who want even more, can choose the premium detail.
Each level is designed for different driving habits, weather conditions, budgets, and personalities. A clean vehicle not only looks better, but it can also help protect paint and increase resale value.
Our Touch-Free cleaning process uses only water and cleaning agents—no brushes—to clean your vehicle, relying on a balanced mix of chemicals and water pressure for a thorough, damage-free wash.

How Often Should I Wash My Car?
A general rule is to wash your car every two weeks. That timeline can change depending on where and how you drive.
In Nevada in the summer, our hot climate and dusty landscape may require more frequent washes.
In the Winter, we have a good amount of snowfall, which results in the NV Department of Transportation salting the roads.
Essentially, we’re saying it’s beneficial to wash your vehicle all year round to protect your paint from the elements (And your vehicle’s undercarriage too)
In addition, if you drive daily or work in certain fields (Construction), that will impact how often your vehicle should be washed.
Will Frequent Washing Damage My Car’s Paint?
This is one of the most frequently asked questions we hear. The short answer is no. Frequent washing does not damage the paint when done at our professional car wash.
Our equipment is calibrated to apply the right amount of pressure, avoiding any harm to your vehicle’s finish.
Dirt left on for too long is more likely to damage paint than the act of frequent washing.
Is the Car Wash Safe for My Vehicle’s Finish, Antennas, or Accessories?
Yes, our systems are designed to handle different vehicle sizes and features. Antennas, mirrors, and roof racks are carefully worked around.
Whether your vehicle is brand new or has a few miles on it, our services are built to protect and perform.
Do You Use Eco-Friendly Products?
Absolutely. We care about both the environment and the health of our community. Our car wash uses biodegradable soaps and water reclamation systems that reduce waste.
We recycle most of the water used during each cycle. That helps lower overall water consumption while still achieving a spotless finish. Responsible washing is good for your car and the environment.
Can I Stay in the Car During the Wash?
It depends on the type of wash you’re using. With our Touch-free Wash, you will need to stay in the car. Our automated system takes care of everything while you remain inside with your seatbelt on. You’ll drive into the automatic machine, put your vehicle in park, and the arms will move around you. The wash finishes, you then drive through the dryers, and that’s it!
If you’re visiting our Fernley location, there is a second dryer section where you will need to put it in park again, but everything is signposted to walk you through the experience.
What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?
We make the payment process easy. Customers can pay through the app or their mobile, or digital wallet. Card payments are accepted at the terminal for single washes or self serv.
Our loyalty programs reward frequent customers. Points add up over time and can be used to reduce the price of future washes. This helps regular visitors get more value out of each dollar they spend.
Do You Offer Monthly or Unlimited Car Wash Plans?
Yes. Our membership plans offer “unlimited” (One wash per day, per membership) washes for one low monthly price. These are a great fit for anyone who likes to keep their vehicle clean, all the time!
Regular washing helps protect your vehicle and keeps it looking its best. Our members get priority service, discounts on detailing, and access to special promotions. It’s one of the easiest ways to stretch your car care budget.

How Long Does a Typical Wash Take?
Most washes take between 1 to 3 minutes, depending on the package selected. Basic services are quicker, while premium options may take longer.
We do have on-site self-serve options that will require you to exit your vehicle in order to operate them.
What Should I Do If I’m Not Satisfied with the Service?
Let us know right away. We stand behind our work, and customer feedback helps us improve. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, speak to a representative on-site or contact our customer service line.
We’ll do everything we can to resolve the issue quickly. You can expect a response within 24 hours (weekdays) or 48 hours (weekends). Our team is committed to going the extra mile every time.
